Satsvarupa Dasa Goswami was one of Srila Prabhupada's first disciples. He was the president of the Boston temple for many years and received the order of sannyasa from Srila Prabhupada in 1972. During that year he was also appointed a member of the Governing Body Commission (GBC), a position he retained until his resignation in 1987. Satsvarupa das Goswami is principally known for his writing on the principles and practice of spiritual life and reflections on the life of Srila Prabhupada. His six-volume biography of Srila Prabhupada, Srila Prabhupada Lilamrta, is one of his most important works. Other popular titles include Begging for the Nectar of the Holy Name, Entering the Life of Prayer and Prabhupada Nectar.

Michael Paul Gallagher, SJ is a native of Co. Sligo in Ireland. He has been a Jesuit priest since 1972 and was a lecturer in English Literature at University College, Dublin for twenty years. He is just completing five years' service at the Pontifical Council for Culture in Rome (formerly the Pontifical Council for Dialogue with Non-Believers), and has accepted a post lecturing in Theology at the Gregorian University. He is the author of several books on Spiritual Theology including Free to Believe and Letters on Prayer.

Sefton Davies is an independent consultant and trainer specialising in management in education. He is an associate tutor at the University of Bristol and the Further Education Staff College, where his clients include the University of Wales, Harvard University, Research Triangle Institute and a number of local authorities and colleges of further education throughout the UK. He also does extensive work overseas, primarily in third world countries such as Pakistan, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Uganda and Malaysia. He is married to Ann and has three children, including his daughter Kesava Devi Dasi.

Kripamoya Dasa joined ISKCON in 1974, and is an initiated disciple of Srila Prabhupada. He spent twelve years on sankirtan, ten in England and two in Africa. He has acted as the UK Director of Congregational Development for the last eight years. His is married to Guru Carana Padma Devi Dasi and they have two children, Janavi and Tulasi.

Ravindra Svarupa Dasa (Dr. William Deadwyler) has been a member of ISKCON's Governing Body Commission since 1987. He is Chairman of the North American GBC Continental Committee, the president of ISKCON Philadelphia and an initiating guru. He holds an MA and PhD in Religion from Temple University and a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.

Br. Aelred (Caitanya Dasa) is a monk in the Roman Catholic tradition, and also received initiation ISKCON initiation in 1985. Based in Armidale, Australia, he promotes Vaisnava-Catholic dialogue through seminars, writing and meditation teaching, and conducts pastoral counselling in a medical practice there. He is seen by his Catholic authorities as 'representing the Vaisnava tradition'. He has recently completed a book entitled Prabhupada Speaks on Jesus Christ.

Hrdayananda Dasa Goswami (Howard J. Resnick) joined ISKCON in 1969. He received the order of sannyasa from Srila Prabhupada in 1972 and has lectured extensively at universities and educational institutions around the world as well as writing many papers and books in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Having received his degree in the study of religion from UCLA, he is now completing a doctoral programme in ancient Vaisnava history at Harvard University. He is also presently engaged in a scholarly translation of the Mahabharata complete with Sanskrit and transliterations. He has been a member of ISKCON's Governing Body Commission since 1972.

Anuttama Dasa joined ISKCON in 1975. He was initiated by Srila Prabhupada in 1976 and served as Sankirtan leader in Denver, Colorado until 1983. From 1983-86 he was temple president in Boulder and subsequently became the Denver temple president. Since 1993 Anuttama has served as Director of Communications for ISKCON in North America. He is married to Rukmini Devi Dasi and has one son.
