Srila Satsvarupa dasa Goswami is one of the first disciples of Srila Prabhupada. He is a prolific author of Krsna conscious literature covering many aspects of spiritual life and including a six-volume biography of Srila Prabhupada.

Rasamandala Dasa joined ISKCON at Bhaktivedanta Manor in 1973 and was initiated by Srila Prabhupada. He is currently Director of ISKCON Educational Services which overseas and promotes the Society's interaction with schools and colleges in the UK.

Srila Sridhar Swami joined ISKCON in 1969 in the USA. In 1972 he went to India where he lived for the next twenty years. During that time he acted as temple president in Calcutta, Hyderabad and Bombay. He received sannyasa initiation from Srila Prabhupada in 1975. Presently Sridhar Swami is serving as Governing Body Commission secretary for the International Membership Ministry and for New York.

Priyavrata Dasa joined ISKCON in Australia in 1984 and is a disciple of Tamal Krsna Goswami. He developed Hare Krsna Food for Life in Australia into a successful, nationally recognised welfare programme. Mukunda Goswami recently appointed him as the international co-ordinator for Hare Krsna Food for Life.

Ravinda Svarupa Dasa was initiated by Srila Prabhupada in 1971. He has been a member of the Governing Body Commission since 1987 and is the chairman of the GBC Northern American Continental Committee, the president of ISKCON in Philadelphia, and an initiating guru. He holds an MA and PhD in Religion from Temple University, and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.

Kim Knott is a Senior Lecturer in Religious Studies at the University of Leeds. She is the author of My Sweet Lord: The Hare Krsna Movement and a number of articles on contemporary Hindu movements in Diaspora. She also directs the Community Religions Project in Leeds, which encourages and publishes research into minority religions in the UK.

Richard L. Thompson (Sadaputa Dasa) holds a degree in mathematics from Cornell University. He is the author of several books, the most recent of which is Forbidden Archaeology: The Hidden History of the Human Race.

Ranchor Dasa joined ISKCON in 1970 and is a disciple of Srila Prabhupada. He has held many posts of responsibility of behalf of ISKCON in the UK, and is presently a member of the British National Council. He is the author of Hinduism and Ecology, founder of 'Friends of Vrndavan' and a member of the International Consultancy on Religion, Education and Culture (ICOREC).

Gordon Melton is director of the Institute for the Study of American Religions. He is also a research specialist with the Department of Religious Studies at University College, Santa Barbara. He has written a number of books on new and unconventional religions, including The Encyclopaedia of American Religions and The Cult Experience.
